Five and six Panels
The top of a baseball hat is generally composed of five or six pieces, so baseball hats are also called five-piece hats or six-piece hats.
The front piece of the five-piece hat is a whole piece, opened from the top to the 1/3 position. The purpose of this is to make the front piece level, which is convenient for the embroidery and printing workers to work. Quality control is also more guaranteed.
The six-piece hat is stitched on the left front piece and the right front piece through a car. Of course, ordinary consumers or hat sellers don’t need to talk about it in such detail, they probably know that there are these two. There is little difference between the two, and it has nothing to do with quality, it depends on personal preference.
Baseball hats are mostly one-size-fits-all, and there are a variety of buckle variations on the back of the hat design. The general size is suitable for 56-59CM. 56CM/59CM wears a slightly worse experience, and 57/58CM has the best experience.
